The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center is the official conference hotel. The importance of reserving a hotel room at the official IWATMD conference hotel cannot be stressed enough.

The organizing committee makes every effort to keep participants' expenses at the meeting, registration fees, and hotel rooms for the meeting as low as possible.

We work hard to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of your registration dollars to keep the meetings affordable. We strongly encourage attendees to stay at The Penn Stater to help us make this possible.
