Instructions for Poster Setup on Thursday, October 26th.
Those who use MRI for poster printing will not have to set up their poster for the Poster Session. The event coordinators will display your poster in the HUB Alumni Hall for you.
Those who are not using MRI for poster printing will be responsible for hanging their poster in Alumni Hall between 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Velcro will be provided.
- For the morning poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- For the afternoon poster session, you are expected to be at your poster from 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Please collect your poster after the Poster Session is complete.
