• If you would like to enter your abstract into the Student Poster Competition, you can select this option during the abstract submission process online.
  • If your abstract is selected by the committee to be part of the competition, you will be notified via email.
  • Posters will be judged on the following criteria: scientific excellence, presentation and clarity, interaction with those interested in your work, and your answers to their questions.
  • Students MUST BE PRESENT and remain with their posters during the Poster Viewing Session in order to be properly judged. If you are not present at your poster and you've signed up for the poster competition, you will receive a score of zero.
  • Half of the students will be judged during the Tuesday evening poster session and half will be judged during the Wednesday evening poster session. You will be notified by email indicating whether your poster will be judged on Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Posters are the responsibility of the attendee and we are not able to accept posters in advance of the workshop.
